Lord Necrus is a character in Starbarians. He is introduced as the villain for the story arc of "The Incredibly Strange Creatures That Stopped Living and Became Mixed up with the Starbarians", first appearing in part I.

He is distinguishable from other Eternoids in that he is the only one who speaks and his garb consists of a cloak that forms a high collar around the back of his head. His clothing also fully covers his upper chest unlike the other Eternoids.

Lord Necrus is first seen exiting his spaceship alongside four other Eternoids after landing on the primitive planet. He addresses the natives of the planet and claims the planet for the Eternoids. When two natives attempt to attack them, the Eternoids ruthlessly kill them. Zoa asks the leader why the Eternoids are being so hostile, to which the leader replies, "You have no idea. But if this world is as wretched as you say, what kind of fools will come to help you?"

The Eternoid spaceship flies towards the primitive planet. The natives gather as they watch the spaceship open up. The Eternoids step out, and their leader introduces them, as well as claiming the world as the new Eternoid homeworld. The Eternoid leader addresses the natives. An Eternoid steps in front of and protects the leader from an attacking native. The Eternoid leader can be seen to the right in this screen capture from "2013 Teaser"; presumably from a later part of the story arc.
